Software Engineering - Software Engineer IV
Location: Redmond, Washington (Onsite)
COMPENSATION: $89 - $99 HOURLY
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on data annotation and data ingestion, collaborating with infrastructure engineers and data strategy TPMs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with data pipelines, data annotation pipelines, and automation for machine learning, and will be comfortable learning new technologies and navigating the ambiguities of AR/VR problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities

• Work with a team supporting data ingested from a variety of devices through different paths into central infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data annotation pipelines, and automation for machine learning.
• Collaborate in a team environment across multiple scientific and engineering disciplines.
• Make the architectural tradeoffs required to rapidly deliver software solutions.
• Adapt to and work with new languages, configuration systems, and new systems.

Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience is required.
Technical Skills:

• Python
• SQL
• Automation of multi-stage data pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• PHP
• React
• Experience with annotation systems
• HTML5/CSS
• Data validation
• Familiarity with data ingestion
• JavaScript
