What you’ll do:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers and other drinks to a great standard.

• Keeping the bar stocked, clean, tidy and ready for action. Getting the bar ready for service.

• Making guests feel welcome with friendly service and great drink recommendations.

• Supporting team to keep service running smoothly.

• Rotate stock, change kegs safely, and record wastage accurately.

• Follow opening and closing checklists, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed.

What we're looking for:

• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and our drinks menu.

• The ability to work quickly while keeping drinks consistent and looking great.

• Someone organised, reliable and full of positive energy.

• Previous bartending experience is a bonus, but a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a positive approach are what matter most.

• Pays attention to guest preferences and needs.
