The Role

• Advise customers with expertise on meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen products.
• Create exquisite and high-quality culinary preparations.
• Ensure an appealing presentation of goods, coupled with excellent customer service.
• Skillfully prepare and portion products, and create specialty items according to unique recipes.
• Implement ideas for sales-promoting measures and maintain exceptional product presence, freshness, and hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or professional experience in food retail or the (system) gastronomy sector.
• Open to career changers with experience handling food.
• Genuine interest in preparing and refining fresh meat and produce.
• Enthusiasm for customer interaction and a passion for retail.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a shift model.
