Internal Sales Engineer (Mechanical/ training into Gears and Motors) Redditch, Worcestershire - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH) £35,000 - £45,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Enhanced Pension + Hybrid Working + Enhanced Holiday + Christmas Shutdown + Progression Are you from a mechanical engineering background and looking to build a long-term career within technical sales?

You'll join an experienced sales team, developing your knowledge of motors, gearboxes and geared motors while supporting customers with technical and commercial enquiries. Full product training will be provided, making this ideal for someone with a mechanical engineering background who is proactive, personable and keen to develop.

For the right person, there is a clear progression route into External Sales and ultimately Business Development Management.
