Plumbing and Electrical Sales Rehash Specialist

Compensation: Uncapped Commission Only

We are looking for a Sales Rehash Specialist who leads with guidance, not high pressure. In this role, you’ll reconnect with warm leads—homeowners who have already received an estimate from our technicians—and help them find the right plumbing and electrical solutions with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reconnect with Warm Leads: Follow up directly with residential and commercial customers who have already requested estimates or services—no cold calling required.
Uncover Underlying Needs: Actively listen to pinpoint what held the customer back (budget, scope, timing, or technical questions) and present tailored options.
Follow Up with Integrity: Maintain prompt, professional communication while respecting customer timelines and building long-term trust.
Educate, Don't Push: Leverage product and trade knowledge across modern plumbing and electrical systems to inform homeowners so they make smart, safe decisions.
Close Opportunities: Convert stalled proposals into completed jobs by resolving objections, offering alternative solutions, and delivering exceptional service.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and customer pipelines.
Team-Oriented Mindset: You thrive in an energetic, collaborative environment alongside our field technicians and dispatch team.
