Job Description



A New York City education network is seeking an AV Technician to provide white-glove audiovisual support for executive leadership and enterprise meetings.


About the Opportunity:




  • Schedule: Monday to Friday




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Onsite




Responsibilities:




  • Provide white-glove AV support to executive leadership and support staff




  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, peripherals, and AV systems




  • Support AV setup and execution for executive-level meetings and events




  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to address more complex AV needs




  • Identify opportunities to improve AV processes, tools, and support workflows




Qualifications:




  • 7+ year of AV experience




  • High School Diploma / GED




  • Experience with AV system setup and support




  • Experience with Dante audio systems




  • Background in technical support




  • Experience with vendor management




  • Strong problem-solving skills




Desired Skills:




  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree



  • AV certification



  • Experience supporting Polycom, Crestron, Zoom, or Cisco environments




  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or Gemini
