Quality Assurance RN

Requirements: Assist in the collection, aggregation and analysis of data for Home Care and Hospice QA&I monitors.  Responsible for data entry for intra-departmental monitoring as well as regulatory monitoring.  Assists the Assistant Director of Regulatory Compliance and the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator in all educational and compliance activities.

Status: Full - Time

Salary Range: 116,983.73 - 143,483.74/ annually

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years data entry experience required with accurate typing ability.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel spreadsheets).
• Knowledge of graphic display of information.                                                                                                           
• Attention to detail and follow-up; proven organization skills.
• Exhibits an ability and attitude relative to the spirit of caring and tradition at Calvary Hospital as required by specific job duties and functions.
