The Role • Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network to build a strong client base. • Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. • Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with clients and team members. • Provide excellent customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention. • Maintain self-motivation and a full commitment to building a profitable business. What You'll Need • Previous sales experience is highly preferred. • Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses. • Proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills. • High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred. • Successful completion of background check, credit check, and drug screen.
