We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer for a cutting-edge organization that drives innovation and impact through advanced technology solutions. This role is crucial for developing and implementing complex engineering strategies that ensure the best possible outcomes.

The Role

• Develop derived requirements for Information Assurance Services, including confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation, and availability.
• Design comprehensive SOA solutions, creating operational, technical standards, and system/service views using DoDAF standards.
• Ensure effective, periodic review and control of evolving system configurations, including hardware, software, and documentation.
• Develop alternative courses of action and risk mitigation strategies, monitoring risks and conducting trade analyses for optimal system performance throughout its lifecycle.
• Provide technical direction for the development, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current and evolving agency, national, and international standards applicable to system development.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or Engineering Management, or 5 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 20+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Familiarity with interface design, configuration, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading system engineering efforts.
• Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• Experience working in a Linux environment is preferred.
