In-Home Sales Advisor - Residential Roofing & Remodeling

Erie Home is seeking an In Home Sales Advisor to drive revenue by presenting premium roofing and exterior remodeling solutions to homeowners. In this field-based role, you will run preset, qualified appointments, perform needs assessments, deliver consultative product demonstrations, and close contracts. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with preset, qualified homeowner leads

• Prepare and explain pricing, financing options, and contract terms
• Close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth project handoff

• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve sales skills
