Technology Support Coordinator

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of IT operations or technical support experience in multi-platform environments, including team leadership and project coordination.
• Strong experience with ticketing systems, hardware/software troubleshooting, help desk service management
• Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous supervisory experience with a proven ability to mentor and develop technical support teams.
• Ability to work onsite during business hours and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
