Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engagement Manager to lead complex, large-scale, and high-risk engagements. In this role, you will drive strategic alignment, oversee governance, mentor engagement teams, and manage key client and partner relationships to ensure project success and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Leadership & Delivery: Lead the overall delivery team throughout the engagement lifecycle, working closely in collaboration with services partners and cross-functional teams.

Governance & Oversight: Establish and oversee project governance, timeline, scope, risk management, resource allocation, financial tracking, and reporting to maintain accountability and execution quality.

Strategic Client Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact to foster collaboration, align deliverables with customer business goals, and secure stakeholder agreement on proposed solutions.

Account Growth & Value Creation: Partner with the Sales Account Team to deeply understand customer challenges, track business outcomes, and drive strategic growth within the account.

Mentorship & Team Coaching: Mentor and coach Senior Engagement Managers, Engagement Managers, Associate Engagement Managers, and customer/partner team members across complex engagements.

Methodology Alignment: Apply expertise from the Now Create methodology and prescriptive guidance to maximize value delivery and drive sustainable customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Key Competencies

Experience: Proven track record in leading large-scale, high-risk, multi-workstream enterprise engagements.

Methodology: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with the Now Create methodology.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with senior executives and external partners.

Project Governance & Financials: Strong command over project financials, change management, scope control, and risk mitigation.
