The Role

• Create and maintain accurate, updated, and easy-to-understand user documentation for a diverse range of products.
• Partner closely with engineers, operations teams, and subject matter experts to grasp product intricacies and user workflows.
• Establish and uphold the tone, voice, and quality standards for all written artifacts.
• Develop technical manuals, operational guides, user guides, troubleshooting documentation, release notes, and more.
• Lead documentation roadmaps, engage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of contractually required documentation.
• Work with account teams to ensure contract deliverables meet specified formats and deadlines.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in generating technical documentation.
• Proven experience writing user-facing technical documentation for complex products.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation effectively.
• Experience creating content in various formats, including Word and XML.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
