Title: Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect (Oracle Fusion Financials)

Location: Herndon, VA (Hybrid Remote on Mondays & Fridays)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution for a professional services organization. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and the implementation partner, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions while driving architecture, configuration, and deployment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture and design for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials.
• Act as the senior functional and technical advisor between Finance, IT, and implementation teams.
• Translate accounting and finance business requirements into Oracle Fusion configurations.
• Define implementation scope, roadmap, and rollout strategy.
• Drive architecture decisions across the ERP program.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Support enterprise-wide financial transformation initiatives and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials) experience.
• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations in an Architect or Lead Design role.
• Strong configuration expertise in:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets
  • Cash Management
  • Intercompany Accounting
• Extensive Project Portfolio Management (PPM) experience for capital project environments.
• Hands-on experience designing intercompany and pay-on-behalf accounting solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud consolidation and planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes:
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Acquire-to-Retire (A2R)
• Experience facilitating executive workshops and driving business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Financials Certification.
• Experience with BlackLine integration.
• NetSuite to Oracle Fusion migration experience.
• Knowledge of multi-entity global finance operations.
• Exposure to AI-driven automation or Agentic AI within ERP or Finance environments.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay, Tax, Revenue Management, and Lease Accounting modules.
