Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of Workday consulting or SME experience supporting medium-to-large-scale HRIS implementations.
• Active Workday certification in Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and/or Scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 10+ years of Workday HCM expertise in Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience transitioning from ADP eTime to Workday Time Tracking, including data mapping, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Experience with Dormakaba time clocks, Workday integrations, and prior Workday implementation projects.
