Job description

Laboratory Assistant at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is full-time and will work 8-hour, Evening shifts.

Collects blood from patients, coordinates and processes specimen collection following established standards and practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
  • Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License. Or
  • Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License.
  • Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization.
  • 2 years of experience in the healthcare field in related work.
  • Phlebotomy experience.
