Early Years Practitioner – Banana Moon Day Nursery

Are you passionate about helping children grow, learn, and thrive? At Banana Moon Chipping Norton, we’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team and make a real difference in the lives of children aged 0–5.

What You’ll Do

As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in shaping children’s early development. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Creating and delivering engaging, play‑based activities

• Supporting children’s emotional, social, and educational needs

• Observing, assessing, and documenting progress in line with the EYFS

• Helping to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child feels valued
