Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

Location - Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture: Lead design of web apps, APIs, and integrations; set technical standards; ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
• Development Oversight: Guide teams through full SDLC; review code; convert product roadmaps into technical milestones.
• Team Leadership: Mentor developers, assign work strategically, foster collaboration, and support hiring.
• Delivery & Quality: Define scope and timelines, monitor progress, promote CI/CD and secure practices, resolve incidents.
• Client Engagement: Act as trusted advisor, explain technical tradeoffs, support proposals and solution design.
• Security & Performance: Embed security, optimize performance, establish monitoring, ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in software development; 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong expertise in modern web apps, APIs, cloud, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency across front-end/back-end, databases, and Agile practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting or client delivery experience.
• Leading distributed/offshore teams.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).
• Experience with microservices, containers, serverless, SaaS, and DevOps tools.
• Understanding of secure development and accessibility standards (WCAG).
