Role Overview

The Technical Adoption & Use Case Enablement Lead bridges the gap between newly delivered technology solutions and effective business adoption. The role takes existing technical capabilities and solutions and translates them into practical, repeatable use cases that can be embedded into business workflows and scaled across teams.

This role does not own the identification of new capabilities or the architecture and development of technical solutions. Its accountability begins once a capability or solution exists and focuses on business application, use-case scaling, technical training, and sustained adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Use Case Development & Operationalization

• Translate delivered technology solutions and platform capabilities into clear, practical business use cases.
• Partner with business teams to understand workflows and determine how existing solutions can be incorporated into day-to-day work.
• Define use-case workflows, expected outcomes, prerequisites, and success criteria.
• Help move use cases from pilot or proof of concept into repeatable business processes.
• Maintain reusable examples, templates, playbooks, and best practices for approved use cases.

2. Use Case Scaling

• Identify successful use cases that can be replicated across additional teams, functions, or business areas.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and playbooks that simplify expansion of proven use cases.
• Partner with Program Management, Change Management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to support broader rollout.
• Identify adoption or implementation barriers and route technical issues to the appropriate solution owners.
• Capture lessons learned and incorporate them into future use-case rollouts.

3. Technical Enablement & Training

• Build technical proficiency around newly introduced tools, platforms, AI capabilities, and delivered solutions.
• Develop practical training focused on how employees will use the technology within their roles and workflows.
• Create technical training materials, demonstrations, user guides, workshops, learning paths, and hands-on exercises.
• Lead live training sessions, office hours, demonstrations, and other technical enablement activities.
• Develop train-the-trainer approaches where appropriate toextend knowledge and support scale.
• Tailor training from foundational education through advanced use-case implementation based on user needs.

4. Adoption & Continuous Improvement

• Track adoption and usage of enabled use cases after rollout.
• Gather user feedback to identify knowledge gaps, usability challenges, and opportunities to improve enablement.
• Share structured feedback with the teams responsible for the underlying capability or technical solution.
• Identify where additional training, documentation, or enablement is needed to improve adoption and proficiency.

5. Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with Campaign Capabilities teams that identify and prioritize new capabilities.
• Partner with Brian and internal technology teams, Infosys, Accenture, and other implementation partners that architect, configure, build, and deliver technical solutions.
• Partner with Program Management on rollout planning, milestones, dependencies, and execution.
• Partner with Change Management to align technical training with communications, readiness, and stakeholder adoption.
• Partner with Business Operations on governance, measurement, documentation, and ongoing operating processes.
• Work directly with business teams and end users to ensure solutions can be incorporated into real-world workflows
