Senior Financial Systems Analyst

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to lead the optimization of financial systems supporting our U.S. manufacturing and corporate finance operations. In this role, you'll partner with Finance, IT, and plant operations to design, configure, and enhance ERP and reporting solutions that improve data accuracy, close speed, and decision support. You will own key upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives, ensure robust controls, and develop dashboards, documentation, and training. Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of financial systems to support manufacturing operations and corporate reporting
• Partner with Finance, IT, and manufacturing teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Develop and maintain financial data models, integrations, and automation to improve accuracy and cycle times
• Manage system upgrades, testing, and issue resolution, ensuring data integrity and strong internal controls
• Create documentation, dashboards, and training to enable end users and improve financial process transparency
• Analyze system performance and financial workflows, recommending enhancements aligned with continuous improvement culture
