Sub Agent / Site Agent – Clean Water

Peace Recruitment is working with an established civil engineering contractor delivering a programme of clean-water infrastructure works across Scotland .

They’re looking for an experienced Sub Agent / Site Agent , or a strong Senior/Section Engineer ready to step up, with genuine experience around clean-water pipework, mains and civils delivery .

This isn’t one large standalone project — the role will involve working across a programme of smaller water schemes, so they need someone comfortable managing several moving parts and taking ownership of delivery on site.

The role will involve:

• Day-to-day delivery of clean-water civils works
• Coordinating site teams and subcontractors
• Planning and sequencing works
• QA, ITPs, RAMS and site documentation
• Client and project-team liaison
• Monitoring progress, programme and materials
• Supporting delivery across multiple sites

What they’re looking for:

• Previous clean-water / water mains / pipework experience
• Strong civil engineering background
• Experience at Sub Agent, Site Agent, Senior Engineer or Section Engineer level
• Comfortable working across multiple smaller projects
• Able to manage subcontractors and communicate confidently with clients/site teams

Location can be flexible for someone with the right clean-water experience.
