The Role

• Overseeing and monitoring individual manufacturing steps within the process chain.
• Supporting plant maintenance activities.
• Operating filling, control, and rinsing machines, as well as depalletizers.
• Executing supplementary pharmaceutical measures to ensure the manufacturing process.
• Creating continuous documentation based on the process chain.
• Adhering to standard operating procedures and GMP/SGU guidelines.

What You'll Need

• Completed scientific or technical apprenticeship with prior experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
• Experience in cleanroom environments and aseptic manufacturing processes.
• Good command of German (written and spoken) and sufficient IT skills (e.g., MS Office or SAP).
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• High degree of personal responsibility and motivation to learn new technical areas.
