Are you an HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting employees throughout their entire career journey? We're seeking an experienced
HR Generalist to join a growing organization in
Indianapolis
. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, and talent development while serving as a key resource for both employees and leadership.

Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. Support employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, performance management, and corrective action processes. Partner with hiring managers on recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and professional development opportunities. Support performance review processes and organizational development initiatives. Assist with policy implementation, process improvements, and special HR projects.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
~3+ years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist, HR Representative, or HR Business Partner capacity.
~ Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
~ Working knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Paylocity, or similar platforms.
~ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
~ Experience supporting multi-site operations, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, distribution, or corporate environments.

Experience with reporting, workforce planning, and HR analytics.

Pay Details

$30.00 to $35.00 per hour
