Position Description

• The client is seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team supporting a leading financial services client.
• In this role, you will design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
• The position is in Fairfax, Virginia in a hybrid environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 applications, C#/.NET plugins, custom APIs, and JavaScript web resources.
• Build workflows and business process automations using Power Automate and Logic Apps.
• Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using REST APIs and Azure services.
• Develop solutions using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, SQL Database, and Key Vault.
• Support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting, and production issues.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Five or more years of relevant Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, Dataverse, Power Automate, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within an Agile team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Pages, ASP.NET, and XrmToolBox.
• Knowledge of application security and Azure security practices.
• Experience migrating Dynamics 365 applications to Azure.
• Financial services industry experience.
