Occupational Therapist (OT) – Help Build a Growing Pediatric Therapy Program
Northwest Oklahoma City, OK
Are you an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working with children and wants the opportunity to help build something from the ground up? We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing pediatric therapy team serving children and families throughout the Northwest Oklahoma City area.
This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in developing our Occupational Therapy program while working alongside an experienced, collaborative team. We offer flexibility in how you begin:
- Start immediately as a part-time independent contractor with the opportunity to transition into a full-time employee as the program grows, or
- Join as a full-time employee once we build a caseload specifically for you.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and recommendations.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to pediatric clients.
- Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with Oklahoma regulations and professional standards.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to maximize each child's success.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to independently perform evaluations and complete documentation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for helping grow and expand pediatric occupational therapy services.

Compensation
