We're hiring on behalf of a leading European provider of technical services for buildings, facilities and networks, dedicated to driving the energy transition and supporting climate protection goals. This employer is known for its scale, innovation, and commitment to developing its workforce.

The Role

• Assemble steel structures in medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Install high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mount components such as high-voltage clamps, suspension and support insulators.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, including pipe and cable mounting and cable pulling.
• Update and review technical documentation through redlining.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade (e.g., Metalworker, Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic, Plant Mechanic) or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in metalworking, preferably within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or manufacturing industries.
• Ideally, experience working safely with electrical installations.
• A valid driver's license class B and willingness to travel to job sites with a personal vehicle.
• Willingness for regular Monday-Friday assembly assignments within the Southwestern Germany region, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work style.
