The Role • Assemble steel structures in medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV). • Install high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems. • Mount components such as high-voltage clamps, suspension and support insulators. • Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, including pipe and cable mounting and cable pulling. • Update and review technical documentation through redlining. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade (e.g., Metalworker, Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic, Plant Mechanic) or equivalent qualification. • Previous experience in metalworking, preferably within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or manufacturing industries. • Ideally, experience working safely with electrical installations. • A valid driver's license class B and willingness to travel to job sites with a personal vehicle. • Willingness for regular Monday-Friday assembly assignments within the Southwestern Germany region, including overnight stays. • Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work style.
