Contract Recruiter

We are seeking experienced contract recruiters who can thrive in client’s fast-paced, complex, and continually evolving environment. The ideal candidates are highly adaptable, delivery-oriented talent professionals who can manage shifting priorities while providing a strong candidate and client experience.

Key qualifications and capabilities:

• 6–7+ years of overall recruiting experience, with at least 1–2 years of technical recruiting experience

• Experience recruiting within a technology company, professional services organization, or direct competitor environment

• Strong understanding of and ability to navigate comprehensive recruiting processes, from intake through offer and onboarding

• Comfortable operating in an ever-changing environment, including shifting business priorities, changing areas of support, and evolving direction

• Ability to advise and influence clients using sound recruiting judgment, market insights, and practical recommendations

• Hardcore delivery focus with a demonstrated ability to execute against aggressive hiring goals and timelines

• Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to overcome obstacles and work independently

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills

• Comfortable balancing high volume, complexity, urgency, and competing demands without losing attention to quality
