Berater Baufinanzierung / Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) in Selbstständigkeit | Hannover, Germany | Hybrid

We are a leading financial services provider with over 35 years of experience, dedicated to connecting people with their dream homes through an innovative business model. We offer immediate involvement in the financing process and provide a strong network of over 2,750 real estate sales partners, ensuring you receive qualified, referral-quality leads.

The Role

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with partners from a robust network of real estate agents and developers.
  • Act as a liaison between partners, banks, and clients, guiding them smoothly through the financing process.
  • Advise clients on construction financing, identifying their individual needs and selecting optimal solutions from a wide range of over 500 banking partners.
  • Take ownership of the client relationship from initial consultation to securing their home.

What You'll Need

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a certificate of competence according to § 34i GewO.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and effective sales techniques to successfully close consultations.
  • Be driven and self-motivated, while also valuing collaboration with colleagues for shared success.
  • Demonstrate initiative in building and maintaining client and partner relationships.
