The Role • Cultivate and manage relationships with partners from a robust network of real estate agents and developers. • Act as a liaison between partners, banks, and clients, guiding them smoothly through the financing process. • Advise clients on construction financing, identifying their individual needs and selecting optimal solutions from a wide range of over 500 banking partners. • Take ownership of the client relationship from initial consultation to securing their home. What You'll Need • Hold or be willing to obtain a certificate of competence according to § 34i GewO. • Possess strong negotiation skills and effective sales techniques to successfully close consultations. • Be driven and self-motivated, while also valuing collaboration with colleagues for shared success. • Demonstrate initiative in building and maintaining client and partner relationships.
