Brand & Marketing Communications Team Supervisor – Maternity Cover (15 months)

Salary: £36,500 per annum

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire

Schedule: Full time - 15-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) January 2027 start

At Stiltz Homelifts, our homelifts help people stay independent in the homes they love. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on marketer to join us while a colleague is on maternity leave. You’ll coordinate the team’s day-to-day work, working closely with our Head of Brand & Marketing Communications, and look after four areas that drive our enquiries: customer data, email marketing, print and events.

What you’ll do

• Deliver every project on time with no surprises, by leading weekly work-in-progress meetings and turning briefs into well-planned campaigns

• Grow engagement and enquiries from our email campaigns and automated journeys, using testing to sharpen every send

• Make sure every email, mailer and invitation reaches the right people, with clean, compliant customer data

• Produce print and direct mail that’s right first time and on time

• Deliver a busy calendar of UK consumer and trade events that turn visitors into new leads for our sales team

• Protect a consistent, professional Stiltz brand by catching errors before they reach customers

• Secure quality and value from our suppliers while keeping spend on budget

• Help keep colleagues connected through our employee newsletter, plus photo and video content

What you’ll bring

• Solid experience in a broad, multi-channel marketing role

• Hands-on experience with an enterprise email marketing platform (Spotler is a bonus)

• Confidence with Excel and a CRM system, plus working knowledge of UK data protection rules for marketing

• Experience managing print projects and running events or exhibitions

• Great organisation and a calm approach when priorities change

• A sharp eye for detail

• The ability to coordinate the team’s work while staying hands-on and part of the team

• A degree in marketing, business or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience

• A full UK driving licence, as the role involves regular travel by car, including transporting event materials

Nice to have

A Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification, print production know-how, Canva or Adobe skills. Bonus points if you’ve worked in home improvement, healthcare or mobility sectors.

Good to know

You’ll be based in Wokingham, with regular trips to our head office in Kingswinford, West Midlands and to events across the UK. We will provide you with a hire car for travel. Events can mean early starts, some weekends and the odd overnight stay, plus time on your feet setting up our stand. You’ll get a MacBook Pro and a smartphone with a great camera for content on the go.
