Syenta is pioneering a new era in semiconductor manufacturing with our groundbreaking Localised Electrochemical Manufacturing (LEM) technology. Our platform enables advanced packaging by combining patterning and metallisation into a single tool. We achieve high-speed, high-resolution metallisation at lower costs and energy use, while minimising emissions and waste.

About the RoleSyenta is seeking a high-ownership Program Manager to directly lead and execute several critical and highly impactful company projects. In this role, you will not just facilitate but own the end-to-end project lifecycle under tight deadlines.
You will serve as the central driving force aligning multiple international departments to ensure seamless execution. This position requires an autonomous, self-directed leader who thrives within complex and dynamic ecosystems. The ideal candidate will possess the analytical mindset to proactively mitigate risks before they impact timelines.
ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Leadership
- Owns the end-to-end project lifecycle, driving execution against tight, technically complex deadlines
- Applies strong project management principles across small to large-scale programs
- Owns projects and processes of significant technical importance, with outcomes spanning process development, materials, and engineering teams
Planning, Risk & Governance
- Creates and manages core PM artifacts including schedules, resource forecasts, and risk/issues logs
- Proactively identifies and mitigates risks before they impact timelines
- Drives process and methodology improvements to increase project and team efficiency
Cross-Functional & External Coordination
- Aligns multiple international departments (materials scientists, chemists, process engineers) to ensure seamless execution
- Manages external supplier and fab relationships to ensure on-time delivery against program milestones
Reporting, Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Collects, analyzes and publishes program performance data via dashboards and status reports
- Translates metrology and experimental data into actionable process improvements
- Works independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and making decisions that advance team goals
- 10+ years managing complex technical programs
- Formal program/project management education. PMP certification or Scrum Master
- Experience managing programs in semiconductor, MEMS, or advanced packaging environments
- Experience in a startup/scale-up setting, comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience coordinating with external fabs/foundries and managing supplier delivery schedules
- Experience leading cross-functional, global technical teams
- Strong technical fluency to engage credibly with process/fabrication engineers
- Excellent communication skills, with experience reporting to executive/founder-level stakeholders
