I'm partnering with a well-funded, mission-driven technology company building next-generation software that supports real-world security, autonomous operations, robotics, and intelligent systems.

We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges across the frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and real-time systems.

This is an opportunity to join early, work directly with product and engineering leadership, and help shape a platform that combines modern software engineering with cutting-edge operational technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and enhance scalable full-stack applications used in real-time operational environments.
• Develop highly responsive, information-rich user interfaces for mission-critical workflows.
• Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Work on systems involving live data streams, video, event-driven architectures, and connected devices.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and end users to translate real-world requirements into software solutions.
• Improve reliability, performance, observability, security, and deployment processes.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience developing full-stack applications.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript, Angular, or similar).
• Experience building backend services using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or C#.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and system architecture.
• Experience building and supporting production-grade applications.
• Comfortable operating in a startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple technical domains.

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time systems, streaming data, live video, IoT, robotics, autonomous platforms, aerospace, defense, security technology, geospatial applications, or AI/ML-enabled products.
• Experience building software that integrates with hardware or edge devices.
• Exposure to highly secure or compliance-driven environments.
