- Maintain operational playbook of Standard Operating Procedures, timelines, roles/RACI, and decision logs across shared repositories
- Coordinate leader and participant briefings, including slides, agendas, and run of show, and logistics with internal stakeholders
- Triage PMD performance support inquiries for timely, accurate routing and resolution
- Partner with the office of the COO and GTM to operationalize the scorecard, confirming data definitions, timelines, and downstream impacts
- Partner with the office of the COO, HRIS/Technology, Analytics, and Finance to deliver accurate, timely PMD data and reporting
- Support M&A integration efforts for PMD performance, ensuring people, processes, and systems are aligned
Additional responsibilities:
- Lead cycle retrospectives and apply external performance-enablement best practices to improve timelines, tooling, communications, clarity, quality, and speed
- Manage the INDUS-based Global TE Senior Associate across US PMD TE, US Promotions, and Global Core Succession
- Align PMD performance and rewards timelines and processes with Total Rewards
- Train and enable HRBPs on core PMD processes, including calibration facilitation
- Own business requirements and usability validation for PMD Oracle forms
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the team and the organization
- other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess:
Personal characteristics:
- Business‑minded performance management professional who excels at program and process management: planning, coordination, and follow‑through
- Operationally rigorous, detail‑accurate, and deadline‑reliable in a fast‑moving, matrixed environment
- Analytical, comfortable with metrics and translating data into clear decisions, timelines, and stakeholder guidance
- Concise, audience‑aware communicator who can write, edit, and sequence communications that drive clarity and action
- A strong collaborator across cross-functional teams
- reputation for discretion, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail
- Displays empathy, curiosity, and passion for creating meaningful employee experiences
Experience, skills and abilities:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in performance management, program management, operations, or organizational effectiveness. Experience with PMD or senior leaders and within professional services preferred
- Hands‑on experience building and managing complex program plans (e.g., Smartsheet), SOPs, and process documentation
- Solid data and reporting skills (Excel/Power BI or similar) and experience supporting system data readiness (e.g., Oracle workflow inputs/validations)
- Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint/Teams, and intranet content maintenance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across stakeholder populations
- People management experience preferred
The base salary range for this position is between $112,000 and $150,000. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton’s discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity.
