Maintenance Planner

Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical duties such as typing, emailing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and answering phones.
• Serve as a contact for internal and external customers regarding maintenance issues.
• Track maintenance compliance activities, including processing work orders and scheduling routine maintenance checks.
• Assist with monthly follow-up of open maintenance items and processing required compliance paperwork.
• Support the local manager with purchasing card reconciliation and vendor coordination.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
• Strong computer, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
