The Role
- Support children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Assist pupils in their learning, development, and self-esteem growth.
- Celebrate and acknowledge "huge small victories" in pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and therapists to ensure a holistic approach to pupil development.
- Contribute to creating an environment where every child has high expectations and aspirations.
