The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Perform a range of services including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle checks.
• Manage vehicle stock and complete necessary reporting after each job.
• Engage with customers, providing advice and representing the organisation with pride.
• Work independently, making sound decisions to resolve customer vehicle issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records and ensure clear customer communication.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with various light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
