Summary: • Lead a high-visibility technical team modernizing web-based applications, systems, and enterprise IT services. • Build and maintain an integrated enterprise IT support model driving efficiencies across learning, performance, and talent management. • Develop scalable Java software and AWS cloud environments while improving user experience through modern UI/UX.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 13+ years • Total Compensation: $326k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Provide technical leadership for a software engineering team within an agile environment. • Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications and microservices. • Design, deploy, and support scalable cloud infrastructure and services in AWS. • Build and integrate secure web services and RESTful APIs. • Modernize and refine UI/UX design to enhance usability and performance. • Participate in agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous delivery initiatives.
