Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers
Location: Yonkers, NY

Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks, reusable testing components, and quality engineering solutions across enterprise applications.
Evaluate manual testing and engineering workflows and implement automation and AI-assisted solutions to improve productivity, scalability, and software quality.
Integrate automated testing, API validation, and quality controls into CI/CD pipelines; analyze results, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with development and QA teams.
Provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, establish quality engineering practices, and communicate automation strategies, productivity metrics, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	10+ years of professional technology experience across software development, quality engineering, test automation, or related engineering disciplines, including hands-on programming, automation framework development, and scalable engineering solutions.
Technical Skills	Quality Engineering, Test Automation Architecture, Software Engineering, Functional Testing, Automation Frameworks, API Testing, CI/CD, Generative AI, AI-Assisted Engineering, AWS
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting enterprise software engineering and quality engineering initiatives focused on application reliability, delivery productivity, and software quality across complex development environments. Experience validating business rules, application workflows, interfaces, data, batch processes, and end-to-end transactions through functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing. Experience evaluating manual testing processes, implementing reusable automation solutions, and integrating quality controls into enterprise software delivery workflows. Experience collaborating with developers, testers, architects, product owners, and technology leaders to improve engineering practices, measure productivity, and coordinate delivery across distributed teams.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
