The Role

• Provide comprehensive basic and advanced nursing care to residents, adhering to high quality standards.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate resident care processes.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and therapists.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for residents and their families.
• Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and supply ordering.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Pediatric Nurse.
• Professional competence, independent and organized work style, and strong teamwork skills.
• Reliability, responsibility, and sensitivity in interacting with residents.
• Experience in gerontopsychiatric care is a plus.
