Digital Producer, Paid Media

Our client is a commerce marketing agency that helps brands win wherever people shop and buy. Their teams bring together strategy, analytics, creative, media, e-commerce, and trade marketing, and they work with some of the best-known brands around.

Job Description

• Start date: ASAP
• Length: About 8 weeks, depending on the final start date
• Hours: Up to 30 hours per week 
• Location: Remote, working EST or CST hours
• Rate: $60/hr
• Engagement: W2 contract

Our client needs a Digital Producer to keep paid media campaigns moving through the holiday push. You’ll support 12 footwear brands, each running 2 to 5 campaigns, and work with two client contacts. Your job is to make sure the right assets arrive on time and the team knows what’s approved, what’s late, and what can launch.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor three weekly email chains, one for each brand unit, where the team requests assets and preview links
• Track approvals in the media workbook and flag when dates change so the team knows when a campaign can launch
• Check specs, review assets, and make sure everything needed is in hand
• Organize assets in Google Drive (no uploading to ad platforms)
• Follow up when something is behind or missing and flag it to the team
• Join internal team calls

• Paid media experience across digital and social, including how campaigns are structured, timed, and communicated
• Familiarity with Facebook and Google Ads
• Asana experience strongly preferred
• 4+ years in digital production, project management, or traffic at a media or marketing agency
• Detail oriented, and comfortable following up with people who owe you something
• Available during EST hours, 4 or 5 days a week
