The Role

• Visualize customer needs using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop and visualize individual kitchen concepts, considering style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to contract closing.
• Prepare offers, handle objections, and coordinate project logistics like delivery and installation.
• Play a key role in the success of the company's expanding kitchen division.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and sales.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen technology, design, and current industry trends.
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong sales orientation, negotiation skills, and a passion for customer engagement.
• Excellent presentation skills, high social competence, and an independent, goal-oriented work approach.
• A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in implementation.
