Through Life Logistic Support (TLLS) Project Manager - SC cleared

We are currently seeking a SC cleared Through Life Logistic Support (TLLS) Project Manager for a significant opportunity based in Corsham, Wiltshire. This role offers a flexible hybrid working pattern, with 3 days on-site each week to accommodate both collaboration and remote flexibility.
About the Role

This contract position is suited to a project management professional with proven experience in Through Life Logistic Support (TLLS) or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) within secure defence environments. You will be instrumental in managing logistics activities across multiple maritime projects, ensuring operational readiness and sustainable logistics solutions for the OpNET programme. Working in a secure environment, you will lead efforts that involve logistics support planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and life cycle delivery. Your expertise will ensure that support systems are aligned with MOD frameworks such as JSP 886, supporting the seamless transition into operational service and supporting continuous improvement in support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver Through Life Logistic Support activities across maritime projects, ensuring their supportability, sustainability, and operational delivery.
• Coordinate support elements like spares, maintenance, and logistics documentation including Illustrated Parts Catalogues and Equipment Schedules.
• Manage relationships with engineering, service management, and operational stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to supportability and lifecycle delivery.
• Develop, track, and report on project plans, schedules, dependencies, and key milestones.
• Ensure compliance with programme standards, standards, and secure environment policies.
• Support transition activities, operational handover, and logistics support demonstrations to guarantee operational readiness.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements for logistics support functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring:

• Extensive project management experience in complex environments, ideally within the defence sector.
• A solid understanding of Through Life Logistical Support and supply chain activities related to Defence programmes.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholders across technical, operational, and engineering domains.
• Strong skills in risk management, reporting, and escalation within secure environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools and collaborative systems such as MS Project, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with leadership qualities to guide complex projects.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting MOD or Defence logistics programmes, including transition to service activities.
• Knowledge of MOD frameworks such as TLCM or applicable lifecycle management standards.
• Relevant certifications like PRINCE2, MSP, APM, or Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile environments and Atlassian tools.

Contract Details

• Start Date: 1 December 2026
• End Date: 31 March 2027 (with scope for extension)
• Day Rate: Negotiable (inside IR35)
• Location: Corsham (hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
• Standard Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Security Clearance: SC minimum
