Project Manager – Sports Construction Location: Essex-based office with nationwide travel<br />Salary: £45,000–£60,000 DOE<br />Start: Immediate Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in groundworks and construction projects? We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality sports construction projects, including padel court installations, across the UK. Based from the Essex office, you will manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with contractual requirements. This is a hands-on role involving extensive nationwide travel. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sports construction and padel court installation projects nationwide.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate groundworks, construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project programmes, costs, quality and progress.
• Attend site meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all health, safety and compliance requirements are adhered to.
• Manage project documentation, reporting and handover processes.
• Identify and resolve any issues that could impact project delivery.
• Obtain project sign-off and ensure all works are completed to the required standard. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction.
• Strong groundworks experience is essential.
• Experience managing sports construction, external works or specialist installation projects would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of contractual obligations and project delivery.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively nationwide. Package
• Salary of £45,000–£60,000, depending on experience.
• Immediate start available.
