Job Description

My client is looking for a Senior Project Manager and a Mid-Level Project Manager, to lead the delivery of a large-scale public sector transformation programme. You will have a strong track record of managing complex transformation projects within public sector environments, with a good understanding of regulatory requirements, governance and compliance. Having some experience leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 projects is highly desirable. This is a delivery-focused role requiring someone who can manage multiple stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Deliverables

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale public sector transformation projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies and resources.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, business users, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Ensure projects comply with relevant public sector regulations, governance frameworks and organisational policies.
  • Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
  • Translate business requirements into clear project deliverables and outcomes.
  • Work with technology teams to oversee the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
  • Coordinate business change, process improvement and technology implementation activities.
  • Manage project governance, reporting and steering groups.
  • Ensure effective testing, deployment and transition into business-as-usual operations.
  • Monitor delivery against agreed scope, timescales, budget and quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the transformation programme. Location: London (1-2 days onsite) Salary: £60-80,000 This will be a two stage interview process, with a view to starting from September
