Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Position: FORWARD DEPLOYED ENGINEER (FDE)

Location: New Jersey, NJ Onsite
Position Type: Contract

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience building and deploying production applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM applications.
• Expertise in RAG, AI Agents, Tool/Function Calling, Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and LLM Evaluation.
• Strong Python, SQL, and data engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines using PySpark/Spark or similar technologies.
• Full-stack development experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, data modeling, vector databases/indexes, and enterprise data integration.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, databases, and documents.
• Ability to design, develop, debug, deploy, and support end-to-end production systems.
• Strong experience working directly with customers/users, gathering requirements, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions quickly.
• Experience deploying applications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite with customer teams.
