.Net Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in both frontend and backend development to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Vue.js and Node.js, along with experience leading and coordinating distributed/offshore engineering teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, ensure high-quality deliverables, and contribute to the design and implementation of modern, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using Vue.js.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate offshore/distributed engineering teams across different time zones.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to define and deliver new features.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and code reviews.
• Establish and promote coding standards, development best practices, and quality processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and production issues.
• Support application modernization, scalability, reliability, and maintainability initiatives.
• Coordinate development activities, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud-based environments.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Vue.js.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and web applications.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating offshore/distributed engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple time zones.
