The Role

• Develop and implement market access strategies aligned with brand and global plans.
• Analyze market conditions and competitor activities related to pricing and access.
• Identify and overcome national market access barriers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Marketing, and Regulatory.
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of scientific data collection.
• Lead project teams for assessment dossiers and participate in pricing negotiations.

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in Natural Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• PhD, Pharmacy, or Medical degree is advantageous.
• Several years of relevant experience in market access, preferably in specialty medicine or anti-infectives.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
• Strong interpersonal skills for a dynamic matrix environment.
• Leadership qualities with a proactive and people-oriented mindset.
