Nursing Manager Trauma ED

• Lead Clinical Program Manager activities, nursing resources, and workflows to deliver high-quality patient care and support positive clinical outcomes.
• Develop and implement Clinical Program Manager services and quality improvement initiatives that strengthen patient safety, clinical quality, and operational performance.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate nursing staff while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team to promote consistent, effective patient care.
• Monitor clinical documentation, program budgets, and expenditures to maintain compliance, support operational efficiency, and ensure appropriate resource allocation.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
