Marketing Analytics Manager - Loyalty

Up to £75,000 + benefits | Hybrid - x2 days a week in London

A leading UK consumer brand is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join its growing Loyalty Analytics team.

This is a high-impact role within a business where loyalty is a major strategic priority, with significant senior-level investment. You'll help shape the analytics strategy around the loyalty programme, using customer data to understand behaviour, drive value and influence commercial decision-making.

The Role

  • Own and shape the analytics strategy for loyalty, understanding drivers of frequency, retention, engagement and customer lifetime value.

  • Use customer data and segmentation to identify behavioural groups and measure the impact of loyalty initiatives.

  • Support more intelligent personalisation, targeting and promotional activity.

  • Lead testing and measurement across loyalty mechanics, communications and rewards.

  • Develop and evolve self-serve reporting and dashboards to provide trusted insight into programme performance.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product and Customer teams, acting as a key analytics contact for loyalty.

  • Lead the conversation around what data is needed, how it should be used and where it can add value.

  • Help shape best practice across the wider analytics function and contribute to the development of other analysts.

About You

  • Strong SQL and data visualisation skills; Python would be advantageous.

  • Solid background in marketing analytics, ideally within retail or another consumer-focused environment.

  • Strong understanding of loyalty and CRM analytics, including retention, frequency, CLV, RFM and segmentation.

  • Experience with testing, measurement and incrementality would be highly valuable.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work with demanding senior stakeholders.

  • Comfortable moving between hands-on analysis and strategic analytics leadership.
