ServiceNow SPM Developer

Position: ServiceNow SPM Developer (Lean Portfolio Management)
Location: Remote

Overview:
One of our clients is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer to support a large-scale global IT transformation initiative focused on implementing a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices across the enterprise.

This individual will work closely with a ServiceNow SPM Developer currently supporting the program, to help drive the implementation and adoption of Lean Portfolio Management capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Due to the scope and complexity of the transformation, HPE is looking to add additional expertise to accelerate delivery and ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to implement Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) methodologies and best practices.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules related to:
• Portfolio Management
• Agile Development
• Demand Management
• Financial Planning and Forecasting
• Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
• Assist in transitioning teams to a Scaled Agile operating model.
• Collaborate with PMO, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to align portfolio investments with strategic business objectives.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial governance activities within the ServiceNow SPM platform.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
• Provide recommendations for process improvement and platform optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) and Agile portfolio management processes.
• Experience supporting or implementing Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices.
• ServiceNow platform configuration and development experience.
• Strong understanding of portfolio governance, demand management, and agile program delivery.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Agile or SAFe transformations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow financial management, forecasting, and investment planning capabilities.
• SAFe certifications or Lean Portfolio Management experience.
• Prior experience working within Fortune 500 enterprise environments.
• Experience partnering with Finance and PMO organizations.
