The Role • Perform expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services at customer locations. • Provide exceptional first-class service, representing the company's values on every visit. • Manage service stock, conduct reporting, and maintain clear customer communication. • Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs. • Operate with independence and make sound decisions for each customer's needs. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working on a range of light vehicles. • Valid UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong customer service and communication skills to build rapport.
